About Currency Secrets

Currency Secrets started because I got tired of reading the same recycled forex content everywhere. You know the kind: vague broker "reviews" that just link to whoever pays the highest affiliate commission, strategy guides that sound great on paper but fall apart the second you try them on a live chart.

I've been trading currencies since 2016. I've blown accounts, I've had great months, and I've learned the hard way that most of what's published about forex online is either outdated or written by people who don't actually trade.

So I started writing the stuff I wish I had when I was figuring this out. Real broker experiences. Strategies I've actually used. The boring risk management stuff that nobody wants to hear about until they need it.

What you'll find here

  • Broker reviews based on actually using the platform with real money. I test deposits, withdrawals, spreads, and support. If something sucks, I'll say so.
  • Trading strategies that I've either used myself or seen work for other traders I respect. Nothing theoretical or backtested-only.
  • Platform and tool guides that go beyond feature lists. I talk about what actually matters when you're in a trade.
  • Educational content for people who want to learn trading properly, not just get hyped up.

How we make money

Let's be upfront about this. We may include affiliate links in some reviews. When you sign up through those links, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We also offer sponsored content opportunities for brands in the trading space.

That said, paid placement never changes our opinion. If a broker is terrible, we'll say so whether they're paying us or not. Our reputation depends on being honest, and that matters more than any single commission check.

A quick disclaimer

Nothing on this site is financial advice. Forex trading carries real risk and most retail traders lose money. We share our experience and research to help you make better decisions, but at the end of the day you're responsible for your own trades. Always do your own homework.
